Are there any rules for entering the haunted attraction?



● DO NOT TOUCH ANYONE OR ANYTHING INSIDE THE ATTRACTION. If you purposefully harm the actors, you and/or your entire group will be removed from the attraction and you may be escorted from the property.
● NO PICTURES OR VIDEO. Keep your cell phones, cameras, lighters, and other light sources in your pocket or purse. Do not ruin the experience for other guests.
● NO SMOKING OR VAPING.
● NO FOOD OR DRINK.
● DO NOT RUN. Keep a steady pace and try to stay together as a group. The monsters inside will try to separate you from each other and pick off most scared!

1. What are the operating hours?

3. Is the haunted house suitable for children?

We recommend the attraction for ages 12 and up. Parental discretion is advised.

6. Are there any discounts available?

7. Is the haunted house wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our attraction is fully accessible for wheelchair users.

8. Can I wear a costume?

Yes, costumes are allowed, but masks must be removed before entering the haunt as a safety precaution.

10. What should I do if I get too scared?

If you feel too scared, notify the nearest staff member, and they will escort you out safely.

11. How long does it take to go through the haunted house?

The experience typically lasts about 30-45 minutes.

12. Are there strobe lights or other special effects?

Yes, the attraction includes strobe lights, fog, loud noises, and other special effects.

13. Can I get a refund if I don’t make it through?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.

15. Are there live actors in the haunted house?

Yes, our haunted house features live actors to enhance the experience.

16. Can I take photos or videos inside?

Photography and videography are not allowed inside the haunted house.

17. What safety measures are in place?

We have security personnel on-site, and all exits are clearly marked. The attraction is regularly inspected for safety.

18. Are food and drinks available?

Yes, food trucks and concession stands are available in the Midway.

19. Can I leave the attraction and re-enter?

Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the attraction without purchasing a general admission ticket.

20. What happens if it rains?

The haunted house is an indoor attraction and operates rain or full moon.

21. Is the haunted house appropriate for people with heart conditions?

The attraction is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, epilepsy, or other serious medical issues.

22. Is there a limit to the number of times I can go through the haunted house in one night?

Yes, each ticket grants one entry per night. If you'd like to go through again, you'll need to purchase another ticket.

23. Are there group tours available?

Yes, we offer group tours for schools, companies, and other organizations. Please contact us for more details.

24. What happens if I lose something inside?

Lost items can be claimed at the front of the house Box Office window. We are not responsible for lost items.

25. Can I bring my pet?

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals with proper documentation.

WARNING AND DISCLAIMER!

Terror on the Coast Haunted Attraction reserves the right to deny entry to anyone. Be prepared for intense audio and lighting effects, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, and a physically challenging environment.

Participation is not recommended if you are pregnant, claustrophobic, prone to seizures, or have heart or respiratory issues. Admission will be refused if you appear intoxicated or if you threaten to touch any actor or crew member.

Touching any actor, prop, or set piece will result in immediate removal by security. Absolutely no flash photography or videography is allowed inside the attraction. No refunds will be provided! Enter at your own risk!

NO GUNS OR WEAPONS. NO SMOKING OR VAPING. NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR GROUP IS INTOXICATED OR UNDER THE INFLUENCE.

You and/or your group may be removed from the attraction and possibly asked to leave the property without a refund. Local police officers, along with our security staff, will ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests and employees.
